• Maintain all the data on Quick Book.
• Prepare Daily Reports i-e Cash Book, Receipt & Payment, Bank Position, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare the Payroll, & Disbursement of Salary.
• Maintains petty cash and preparation of vouchers.
• Complete accounting entries in Great Plains in a timely manner
• Prepare All the Invoices of the respective Clients on monthly basis.
• Prepare the Recovery & Collection report in respect of all invoices.
• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
• Respond to inquiries
• Weakly mileage report of vehicles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Liaison with banks and handling all banking matters.
• Prepare Accounts, Quarterly Report &Yearly Report;
• Monitoring invoices and payment vouchers.
