* Study and analysis the topics before the meetings of the Board of Governors and Boards of
Directors of organizations and companies, and reporting to the top management, with the
proposal development and recommendations on the topics.
* Monitor and evaluating the achievement of grants and loans indicators and conditions.
* Prepare the financial reports and studies on the situation and operational performance of
international organizations.
* Prepare studies that are related to the economy situation.
* Preparation and coordination of events held by international bodies and institutions and
sponsored by the Ministry of Finance..
* Organizing and coordinating the visits of delegations and missions of international financial
organizations and institutions with those in the Ministry of Finance and others.
* Preparing financial and economic relations with other countries when visiting their
representatives to the country.
* Organize workshops and forums on financial and economic topics related to the work of the
department, and participate in related forums and events.
Review the financial feasibility studies for the PPP projects.
* Offer the support and consultation services for the contracting parties to prepare the financial
feasibility studies for the PPP projects.
* Prepare the financial models for PPP Projects.
* Analyze the financial models and studies that prepared by the contracting parties/ Project
Consultant and put the recommendations.
* Work with consultants who hired for offering consultation services for PPP projects.
* Participate in determining, evaluating and selecting the PPP projects.
INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS DEPT, MINISTRY OF
FINANCE
* Analyze the financial statements of companies, institutions and organizations that the UAE Federal
Government contributes in its capital, and prepare and submit the reports of its financial position
and performance to the top management
* Follow-up the financial obligations of the UAE Federal Government towards the financial
organizations, the IPO in the capital, and the preparation of periodic reports on them.
* Study and analysis the topics before the meetings of the Board of Governors and Boards of
Directors of organizations and companies, and reporting to the top management, with the
proposal development and recommendations on the topics.
* Prepare the financial reports and studies on the situation and operational performance of
international organizations.
* Participate in putting plans of actions and objectives of financial and operational analysis.
* Prepare the financial releases issued by the department that related to the financial performance,
and the result of UAE Federal Government position with international organizations.
* Coordinate with UAE Federal Government representatives at the Boards of Directors concerning
the ministry notes to the financial obligations as well as the follow-up of periodic reports after
their attending the Board meetings.
