Preparing the feasibility study of the industrial projects which include:
- Read and review construction project's documents including drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.
- Prepare an estimated bill of quantities for the construction works.
- Analyze, validate and price prepared bill of quantities items for the construction works.
- Estimating the building and civil works costs.
- Managing, supervising and visiting sites of the projects and advising on civil engineering issues.
- Review and follow up the implementation of the buildings and civil works.
