-Professionally handles the reception and guests.
-Administrative duties and record keeping.
-Preparing and sending outgoing mailings.
-Update and maintain employee’s database on the admin folder files.
-Placing Purchase Orders for Suppliers and Invoices for Clients using XERO system.
-Assists the Administration Manager in terms of administrative, accounts, and procurement tasks.
-Check and verify vendor bills before making payment.
-Maintain and manage inventory control of materials and supplies.
-Maintain bank deposits and check payment records.
-Maintain HR Records, Attendance & Filing of Documents.
-Pays employees by calculating pay; distributing checks; maintaining records
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
-Answer phone inquiries.
-Applying insurance for staffs.
-Manage petty cash for office expenses.
-Coordinating with the PRO in terms of PRO services.
-Perform other tasks as required.
-Baggage handling procedures like paper works and documentation.
-Direct and Interact with people in delivery process of their baggage.
-Booking a flight for customers.
-Issuing ticket using Abacus and Amadeus system.
-Arranging Tour Package.
