Arranging Group Trade Finance Credit Facilities with local and International Banks.
Controlling all Bank Accounts of the Company including all reconciliations.
Preparation of Group forecasted cash flow and managing the group internal cash resources.
Controlling out of country investments in properties and expert in financing properties in UK.
Controlling the cash flow of the Group including PDC, TR settlements and Payment to Subsidiaries.
Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations including inventory in ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plans).
Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
Liaison with the banks for opening LC’s, LG’s or any financing requirement of the group.
Analyzing financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
Performing Analytical review of P&L Accounts.
Controlling the Shares and Investment portfolio of the Group.
Creating BVI companies and Trust in UK.
I was working as ‘Chief Accountant (Treasury) ’ for Itisalat International Company in UAE, engaged in Import/Export and Distribution of Nokia Handsets throughout Middle East, North Africa and UK, as I was dealing with Iran territory, the said territory had a turnover more than Dhs 800 Million a year.

Preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses.
Organizing the Bank facilities from National Bank of Dubai, , MashreqBank, Emirates Bank etc.
Handling the Trade Finance Facilities.
Preparation of the Annual Budget of specified Territory.
Comply with the Audit requirements of the Auditors - Ernst & Young
Controlling the Payments to suppliers, Accounts Receivables and Payables.
Controlling the Bank Accounts of the Company.
Job Profile
• Handling Accounts up to finalization for international offices situated in China including Dubai office.
• Notify and report to General Manager concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
• Handling Cash and Bank Accounts of the Company.
• Preparation of Customer’s Accounts on monthly basis.
• To cooperate with Internal and External Auditor of the Company in examination of the books of Accounts.
• Meetings with the banks for LC facilities, and controlling the procedures involved from
opening the LC to the final settlement of the LC liability.
• Inventory Control and ordering for the supplies.
