• Ensured the renewal of ship certificates, Oil field access cards, Sea ID cards, UAE Endorsements, to process local & overseas duty travel allowances; Performance Appraisals & Promotions of the Marine Department; Medical, Emirates ID Card, and UAE visa renewal of the crew with complete and quick accessible track records.
• Liaised with Agents to obtain clearance and overseas permits as per operational requirements such as MOHA clearance for India.
• Worked with the team of CS Maram Project.
• Supervised, scheduled & assigned Day & Night Shifts for more than 100 Security Guards.
• Training and Exams arrangements in Dubai Police Academy for all Security Guards.
• Registered Biometric Data of all Security Guards with Dubai Police to obtain a Good Conduct Certificate.
• Processed applications (in English and Arabic) and submitted them to Dubai Protective Systems (DPS) to obtain security guard cards.
• Arranged inspection of customer facilities, submitted quotations & follow up for order confirmation.
• Prepared and submitted overtime and monthly attendance sheet to HR for payroll Processing.
