Scrutiny of Architectural , Shop and Structural Drawing as per site measurement and condition before Execution of work.
• Mobilization of Equipment’s like Tower crane, Generators and Porta cabins
Review design, estimation of finishing items before ordering material .
• Scrutiny of Quotation and BOQ of material supplier and sub- contractors before awarding the material supply or sub contract.
• Documentation with Municipality for water and Drainage line connection
• Construction of Substation, Transformer room and HV/MV panel room
• Handing over of project with Operation and Maintenance Manuals of Equipment Installed at site to client.
• Review and Certifying Invoices of Materials and Sub-contractor.
