• Assigned to bring in-house an external vendor hosted application called Tealeaf that monitors our client side applications. It was a very critical project because we couldn’t afford to have any down time.
• Lead that project by managing all aspects from budget, time, efforts, capacity management, and software/tools installations. This effort was handle single handed with a very successful implementation and a very happy clients.
