Mix use, Commercial - Residential high-rise towers with offices, retail space and residential apartments. A result-orientated Facilities Manager with excellent leadership, problem-solving and multitasking skills. Well-versed in HVAC, plumbing and Fire fighting with extensive expertise in residential buildings and commercial facilities. Proficient in the art of optimizing the teams productivity and quality within budget, and in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
o Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the Engineering and Soft Services Team in the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the property, including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules.
• Responsible for Fire Suppression, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Low-Current system and Housekeeping
• Drafting & reviewing of Support Services SOPs & KPIs in addition to PPMs to the sub contractors & closely tracking and monitoring to the agreed and approved SOPs / KPIs / PPMs.
• Accountable for excellent service delivery within the Hard and Soft Services team activities and operational objectives ensuring continuous process improvements
• Ensure Periodic Preventive Maintenance Schedules for a better management of engineering systems
• Manage the day-to-day on-site operation including managing sub-contractors
• Supervise the workforce, ensuring that junior managers and supervisors deliver their specific services within the agreed budget and standards
• Ensure service excellence to achieve the KPI and honor the SLA
• Ensure that the standards of compliance, health & Safety and hygiene are to the Company and Client standards at all times.
• Supervising, tracking and maintaining consumables, supplies, equipment and waste management
