Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Crafting Method of Statement (MOS), Test Inspection Plan (TIP), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) with Unrivaled Precision.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adhere to Project safety regulations.
• Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
• Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP Subcontractor.
• Coordinating and administrating MEP-related materials and systems.
• Proficiently manage and execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance for chiller plants, encompassing Chillers, CT Towers, and CHW & CW Pumps.
• Execute periodic maintenance of Chillers, encompassing De-scaling, Charging, and Leak testing, and vacuuming.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and maintenance of cooling towers, ensuring peak efficiency.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Chiller Pumps and centrifugal Pumps.
• Skillfully handle Air compressors maintenance to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Efficiently manage Operators duty scheduling, ensuring seamless operations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with higher management, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
• Meticulously maintain Service records and actively participate in discussions to enhance service Efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervision of installation of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting items as per standard norms.
Efficiently manage MEP projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Thoroughly review MEP design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with
regulatory standards and project requirements.
Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction sites,
ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to MEP installations, including as-built
drawings and compliance certificates.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites, implementing
measures to mitigate risks.
Provide guidance and support to a team of MEP Foreman and technicians, fostering a
collaborative working environment.
Coordinate the works to ensure successful hand-over of the Project.
