Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
•Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
•Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
•Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
•Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.

Developed and Implemented standard HSE policies, procedures, programs and guidelines.

Performed Monthly and Quarterly HSE audits and Inspection and ensures follow-up action until close-out.
Creates appropriate methods to evaluate health & safety issues and develops or modifies existing assessment tools appropriate for specific construction sectors;
Provides advice, information, and interpretation of health and safety policies, directions, and legislation to stakeholders.
Conduct daily safety inspections on the worksite and all production equipment.
Conduct on-site safety observation on a regular basis.
Establishing work procedures that include appropriate safety and health controls.
Budgeting for and providing appropriate PPE.
Investigating accidents, injuries, and illnesses for causes and implementing accident prevention measures.
Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and identify corrective and preventative actions and report to management
Inspects first aid box to ensure that all the necessary first aid medical items are available.
Inspected facilities, workplace, and work practices and identified the weaknesses in every area.
