• Maintaining and regularly updating the master
database (personal file, personal database, of
each employee and monitor attendance to
ensure employee punctuality.
• Arranging conducting interviews/ initial
screening of the candidates/ helping in
recruitment processes to Head Office.
• Maintain and keeping annual leave record, Sick
Leave of all the staff / Labor.
• Ensured the timely processing of monthly
payroll and other administrative functions.
• Follow up the LPO with Procurement
department and from Supplier.

project manager and Engineers.

and demobilization.

informed to PRO for renewing.

their facility as per their requirement like
safety induction and PPE’s, Office arrangement,
Food, Accommodation and transportation. Making
daily, Weekly and monthly report

❖ Keeping records of all equipment mobilization and demobilization as well as breakdown details.
❖ Parching pantry / stationary item and keeping records of issue.
❖ Drafting Memo / Letter, Email as required.
❖ Welcoming new staff and Labor and arranging their facility as per their requirement like safety induction
and PPE’s, Office arrangement, Food, Accommodation and transportation.
❖ Making daily, Weekly and monthly report as per HR Admin policy.
❖ Site. Flow up the Site Accident, Safety issue with safety lead.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AT SIX CONSTRUCTION CO.(Besix) AS A SITE ADMIN:-
❖ Preparing daily Manpower report and submit to P.M and Head Office.
❖ Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies). Mention petty cash, Food invoices / Bills.
❖ Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
❖ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
❖ Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
❖ Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
❖ Coordinate with Head Office for Annual Leave, Air ticket and reimbursement,
❖ Process papers for visa / passport Emirates ID renewals.
❖ Coordinate with Plant, Logistics, store, Transportation, Accommodation Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AT SIX CONSTRUCTION CO. AS AN ACCOMMODATION ADMIN:-
❖ Maintain all Accommodation status, planning for the accommodation of staff/labors and make sure all accommodations are maintained and are in good condition and setup accommodation.
❖ Follow up and prepare documentation for tenancy contracts or rental agreements/land, housing.
❖ Receiving the Invoice from Facilities camp (Al Raha International, western catering and Labotel) and cross
Check with man-days forwards to account department for payment after take approval from Manager.
❖ Visit the camp, making monthly visit reports and discuss with Admin Manager if there is any issue.
❖ Maintain employee camp list and send it monthly to Admin Department.
❖ Preparing Timesheet for all camp workers / staff and forward to payroll department on weekly basis.
❖ Coordinating employees regarding any problem they are facing and sorting it out.
❖ Coordinate with HR/Admin department for new arrival, Transfer, resign, and leave, sick leave, termination.
❖ Ensuring Water, Electricity, Cooking Gas and food requirements of camps and are provided & bills are paid on time. Flow up the pest control, tank cleaning, firefighting, civil defiance and municipality.
❖ Manage the Drivers to deliver the document to and things to camp as well as in Head Office.
❖ Coordinate with business regarding shifting the employees to one camp to another camp.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AT ALYSJ JV AS A SITE ADMIN CLERK
❖ Assisting the station manager with all administrative functions at the Site.
❖ Preparing Daily manpower Report with the cost code details & man-hours.
❖ Updating the HR regarding the mobilization and demobilization of Company and hired workers.
❖ Preparing & maintain the Site Time sheet of all staff/workers for payroll records.
❖ Handle petty cash for sundry expenses. Coordinate with site store team for an issue.
❖ Typed documents such as correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails and answer the call.
❖ Registering all staff/labor in the biometric system and assign unique codes for the manpower suppliers.
❖ Regularly ensuring that all new joined labors / Staff have completed safety induction/ received PPE’s
before joining at the Site. Flow up the Site Accident, Safety issue with safety lead.
❖ Maintaining the Leave, sick leave, absent, exit permit, medical records for site workers.
❖ Ensure that a daily update is sent to the Station Manager about the status of the labors in the respective
site and controlling the staff/labour working at Site.
❖ Arrange the Transportation, accommodation, Food and water for site workers and staff.
❖ Maintaining good coordination with every Staff/worker and quickly replying to their queries.
❖ Responsible to do all administrative activities for travel & lodging of new recruits
