Responsibilities
•Support LASER project all procure resources and basic finance tasks like: Procced the invoices on SAP system, Support with alternatives to purchase order to pay (procurement) process, Vendor creation and support LASER project management in audit process.
•Conduct regular communication and tracking of the thousands of students academic progress.
•Archive some documents for project closure in August 2020 in line EU role.
•Contribute to the objectives of the organization and Jordan office aims and goals by Support the implementation of the event at the level of the Directorate (external event) in the British Ambassador Residence and supporting other projects in the council.
