Processing of FOC order to adjust the FOC given to customer against the deal of Equipment Discounts and Replacements order as per approval from PM or Supply chain Head
Processing of Marketing Orders FOC for demo or for promotional activities by the approval of Marketing Head
Orders which are not entered in SAP for any reasons needs to be log in Order pending report on daily basis and on weekly basis it needs to be circulated to R.As for follow up
Reports - Order Team needs to circulate daily Open Order report . Daily double check orders report is taken out from SAP at the end of the day and seen internally to check the duplicate orders
Entering Industry orders and checking their price from every PO of customer
Punching spares Orders for FSE to issue them on Challan and customer orders against their PO.
Responsible for billing of Service Invoice also.
Checking of availability of stock to dispatch.
Credit holds check to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Send Order Execution report to all Regional Managers, ASM, Regional Assistant and warehouse managers and executives
Weekly Analysis of the stock Report and Open Order report. If Required the Migration Of Order To be done according to the availability of the Stock in different location.
