Products, my main objective was to adapt the brands strategies to the region in order to meet business
objectives. As well as to ensure Marketing team is developing the adapted marketing tools to implement
the brand strategy by Market / Channel of Sales, working closely with Retail Department, BP department,
Digital Marketing and Commercial team.
Main responsibilities: Guide, coordinate and control the 9 countries’ Marketing teams responsible of
channel marketing divided into categories, partner programs, tradeshows, exhibitions, events, promotions,

• Managed a nine digits budget of the Hair Care Professional Category / Department by conducting
Market Analysis, research (Competitors, products, services and strategies), BTL & ATL Campaigns,
New products launches, national & international Exhibitions, Educations Seminars & Workshops,
Sales training, and creation of all type of Marketing activities.
• Developed the GCC strategic marketing plans which consistently contributed to cover 46% revenue
growth of the total group’s overall turnover.
• Grew the marketing department from 3 Marketers to a sixteen-person team.
As the Regional Brands Manager for a Leading Distribution Company, my main objective was to Develop
and execute integrated marketing plan for GCC regional team, which included international marketing,
trade marketing communications, field marketing, in - out sales, product management, customer service,
