Act as P.M. for two projects (Building - Infra Structures),
with the following responsibilities:-
(Managing all activities in both sites as (Reviewing and approving any drawings and shop drawings presented
by the contractor with my team - letters for or from client or
contractor, concerning all activities of sites…etc)).
-Quantity Surveyor (As a title), responsible for :-
*Checking and Reviewing all contractor's:- (calculations, Invoices,
Change Orders, Additives & Reductions….etc).
-But the primary goal is to follow-up repair works:- (Observing &
Determining all elements need for repair, follow up all steps of
repairing works, And preparing proper reports to the client.
Representing the owner (M.O.H.) in its projects, In doing the following:-
-Checking out the report data for repair works for Qurayat project
-Preparing and updating data to all M.O.H. projects,
and so many administrative work related to these projects.
Steel structure works (Stores-Factories-Administrative Buildings-Fence...), plus :-
-Receipt and review borders, dimensions and drawings.
-Review and matching drawings (Civil & Arch.) for projects.
-Review and inspect implementation of the work, according to the schedule.
-Document Control all surveying files, for all (projects - Instruments - surveying crews).
-Auditing (with each group in each site) the survey filing (calibrations certifications of all surveying instruments in site -calculations of work - needs of site - schedule of work -…etc.).
-One of the owner's crew members, responsible for handing over projects(Buildings-villas-Steel structure for Brands stories) from contractors after execution, plus :-
1-Receipt and review borders, dimensions and drawings for all sites
2-Receiving and reviewing modified layouts of Alligria project
-Receipt and review borders, dimensions and drawings.
-Review and matching drawings (Civil & Arch.) for villas.
-Review and inspection of the implementation of the work, according to the schedule.
-Preparing data & sketches for survey crews to set out points coordinate for different activities of villas.
-Document Control and filing all surveying data for (calibration certifications of all instruments in site -calculations of work - needs of site - schedule of work - crews - ….etc.).
Worked as a trainer, teaching students how to do surveying works such as:-
Making Cadastral Maps - Making Topographic Maps.

-Pouring O.C. & R.C. for footings of transformers (for the power station).
-Implementation of (4) staff housing buildings.

*Orabi Workshop, maintenance workshops (Steel Structure Buildings)
