Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acting as the hotel General Cashier.
• Checking credit card reports from the hotel outlets and making credit card reconciliation.
• Keeping track of all payments & expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Preparing cheques for the payment to hotel suppliers.
• Updating and arranging office's documents.
• Preparing daily/monthly General Cashier & Revenue report.
• Assisting the chief accountant.
