• Grant the administration role for the following systems & platforms :
- Office 365
-Windows Server 2012
-Spiceworks Asset & Helpdesk Management System
-Openstack Cloud Management
- Asterisk Voip Pbx Administration
• Communicating with Internet service providers about managing ADSL & Leased lines issues and maintaining it's service.
• Analyzing windows 8.1, 10, windows server 2012 and all Office 365 products issues and error logs and troubleshooting all network and VPN issues.
• Handling all purchasing process with vendors and suppliers over the phone and analyzing monthly payment for these purchases by a monthly breakdown.
• Communicating and following-up with Microsoft MENA & International Support for reporting errors and bugs about office 365 products .
• Supporting company users and fixing their software issues using helpdesk system, over the phone and using skype for business.
•Handling all windows and Microsoft Outlook (Pop3, IMAP&Exchange) errors.
•Responsible for Implementation & Migrating employees to Google For Business.
•Supporting and preparing all employment fairs from technical side.
•Supporting assessment centers for consultancy from technical side.
•Support both of UAE & UK offices remotely.

• Updating MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) Drivers .
• ISO/IEC 20000 for IT service management Team Member .
