 Network troubleshooting and quality monitoring (Drop call, Call setup analysis.)
 Routing and connecting different BSS elements by E1s or STMs.
 Execution of BSS corrective/preventive maintenance activities.
 BSC, BTS TCSM’s software up gradation (S12 to S13, S13 to S14, S14 to S15) and Change Delivery/Maintenance Package.
 Licences installation and PRFILE implementation in the BSC (RG10 and RG20).
 Rehoming of BSC. From one MSC to another.
 Creation & Implementation of SS7 SIGNALLING (over E1s/STM), ATER (over E1s/STM), GB over IP, GB over FRAME RELAY, X.25.
 Implementation of NetAct connection between Nokia BSC and OMC server (OSI over TCP/IP or OSI over CLNS)
 Maintaining and analyzing Daily Alarm Logs.
 Troubleshooting of BTS, BSC alarms.
 Fault Monitoring, Analysis & Corrective maintenance.
 Creation of the sites with XML files in Configuration Management.
 Nemo and Tems drive test analyze and Mapinfo plot manipulation.
 Coverage simulation and interferenses analysis with netplan.
 KPI analysis based on reporting suite tool.
 Junior NPO engineer with NSN NPO team.

• FLEXI BSC (RG20) and FLEXI MultiRadio sites integration over 2G GSM network.
• Switching the Siemens sites to the new FLEXI BSC (GEMINI).
• Execution of the work orders (new sites 2G/3G, extension TRXs, execution of ADGx and ADJx xlm. plans, Frequencies change, troubleshooting of the 2G/3G degraded sites, FlexiBSC 2G/3G parameters change).
• Integration of the Paquet Abis 2G sites (FlexiMultiRadio).
