- Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Testing and Operation & Maintenance of NEC transmission equipment's on live network.
- Prepare all the activity reports agreed between Op. Manager and customer.
- Ensure the job tasks are carried out in accordance to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
- Responsible for troubleshooting of MW links which have Performance issue.
- Responsible for troubleshooting of sites/links which have visibility problem.
- Performance Test, BER test and interference test of E1, Radio and MW links.
- Perform E1/STM-1 routing, IMA routing.
- Responsible for Managing the Network, KPI as per the customer requirement.
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance of Zain network quarterly, Half yearly as well as yearly and prepare the report of each site and submitting to the customer.
- Operation & Maintenance of 2G, 3G, LTE sites connected under one BSC, RNC & NE Routers.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Huawei BTS3900, 3900L and 3012.
- Find the Hardware alarms and rectification (GRFU faulty, high VSWR, sector swapping, Cooling Fans FMU are not rotating, BBU3900 not detecting DTRX) .
- Responsibly including dropping and bypassing of E1 at SDH nodes using MUX, and linking with PDH nodes and making loop test at nodes.
- Spares management and planning.
- Fault Management technical support.
- Plan and prepare RFC's for network upgrade and other activities on live network and controls the downtime of the activity.
- Responsible for re-homing BSC/BTS/ and shifting traffic from one node/route to another in case of emergency to restore the site.
- Providing 24/7 Technical supports to the field Engineers located at remote locations by analyzing the problems, availability in case of major, critical faults and during outage.
- Communicate with NOC for escalations to 3rd level support and CARE for more specialized support.

Transmission Engineer at Systel

- Install/Dismantle NEC components for microwave transmission systems (NEO, Ipaso) with commissioning.
- Install all configurations (1+0, 1+1, 2+0XPIC, 1+1XPIC, 4+0XPIC, 8+0XPIC) and configure HSB, SD.
- Installation of 0.3, 0.6, 1.2, 1.8, 2.4M antenna for (RFS & Andrew). - Reroute traffic on IPASO instead of NEO links(CUT OVERS) and dismantle NEO.
- Upgrade & Install TDM, ETH ( NEO & IPASO) Microwave links to integrate 2G, 3G, and LTE sites (Zain project) under R1.
