Essential Duties :

 Manage vendors and contractors to obtain maximum effectiveness and efficiency (safety, cost, equipment longevity, and reliability).
 Participates in all Change Management processes including risk assessment and procedural development and review.
 Manage project and administration of professional consultants and contractors providing building repair, and capital improvement services.
 Ensure policy and procedure is followed and that all audit requirements are being met on a daily basis. Areas of focus include; service delivery, service support, and physical security.
 Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
 Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
 Manage technicians, site supervisors and contractors by assigning work and assisting with reviews for accuracy and adherence to the required standards.
 Recommend changes to design details to increase ease of construction and contribute to improvements of existing designs.
 Identify and assess project risks
 Create and implement quantity database; input findings into database.
 Prepare bills of quantities and other documentation to support change management, tender documents, service agreements, etc.
 Measure and value installed quantities of other work done onsite.
 Writes and prepares reports of findings from sampling, quantities installed, and any other required information.
 Determines critical work in each area and conducts sampling to certify contractors’ claims of payment.

A- Constructing AL-Ghuzlany Water Tank with Pump Station.

Project Description: Implementation of underground water tank capacity of 45K M3
Pump station
Implementation of water pumping diameter 400 mm line of the proposed pumping station to the proposed water tank.
Installation of the valves midwifes to connect to SCADA and rooms affiliate system, linked to the control room of the station building.
Mechanical & Electrical work, site lighting, and lightning protection.
Position : Site Construction Manager / Quantity Surveyor.
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
Owner Ministry of Environment & Water Agriculture - Saudi Government .
Project Consultant Expertise House Co. for Engineering consulting (EHC).

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

 Receive and organize the construction plans and carry out the programming according to the budget of the works .
 Responsible for the description of the activities. Responsible for the construction permits of the projects.
 Control of suppliers and subcontractors.
 Quality control of materials.
 Weekly and monthly reports or reports.
 Responsible for accounting information, suppliers, payroll, etc
 Work with Project Manager to build and develop schedules & budgets
 Coordinate all activities on site as necessary .
 Manage risk response process on assigned project
 Ensure health and safety procedures on assigned project
 Assists with quantity take offs and verification of existing conditions versus design especially for BOQ type projects.

B- Constructing of Steel Factory in Jeddah Industrial City.

Project Description: Implementation of Steel Factory with Total Area 15K m2
Position : Civil Construction Superintendent.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Owner Private Investor .

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

 Directly supervise multiple foremen and crews
 Schedule and supervise subcontractors and vendors
 Interface with field inspectors and owner's representatives
 Create and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and positive attitudes
 Balance workload to maintain consistent, adequate workforce levels
 Communicate and schedule with other superintendents and the project manager
 Coordinate quarries, plants, dump-sites, owner-operators, truckers
 Work with project managers to plan and implement the work and control costs.

C- Establishment of (3) Health Centers :

Project Description: Establishment of (3) Health Centers.
Position : Site Civil Inspector/ QC.
Location: Makah, Jeddah, Al-Lith - Saudi Arabia
Owner Ministry of Health, Saudi Government.
Project Consultant Engineering Department in the Ministry of Health.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

 Conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses for the project
 Mentor junior field staff and provide supervision as needed
 Collaborate with other field representatives and the Project Manager
 Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, and identify discrepancies or conflicts within the documents.

 Serve as inspector on project as needed

A-Social housing project,
Providing adequate housing for middle-income category through the project of social housing.

Owner Ministry of Housing - Egyptian Government.
Project Consultant Engineering Department in Ministry of Defense.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

 Day to day management of subcontractors, to ensure they are working safely and in accordance with health and safety legislation - complete toolbox talks, checking risk assessments and method statements .
 Interface between the contractor and the public
 Attending and holding daily site meetings
 Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
 Assist the Project Manager with material take-offs and job schedules
 Communicate and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.
 Track material deliveries from suppliers.
 Assist the site Superintendent with the implementation of QA/QC measures.
 Perform regular checks of heavy equipment to ensure safety and functionality Manage inventory to meet construction demands.

B- Construction of A five star Hotel,
 Constructing - 5 star Hotel on Red Sea Beach, consisting of 2 stories which has 40 hotel room with all facilities .
 Swimming pool.

Project Consultant Engineering department in Ministry of Defense.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):
 Supervise construction project from start to finish. Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and within estimated costs.
 Ensuring compliance of the works with technical specifications, applicable legislation, approvals and standards as well as the JHG SQE Risk Management process .
 Undertaking minor design on site and monitor and recommend changes to design details to increase the ease of construction
 Resolving engineering issues, i.e. construction methods, design, engineering procedures, etc.

A- Social Housing project .

Project Description: providing adequate housing for middle-income category through the project of social housing, which aims at quick provision of plots for middle-income category who are one of the most important challenges facing the Egyptian society .

Owner : Ministry of Housing - Egyptian Government.
Project Consultant : Engineering Department in Ministry of Defense.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

 Visit work site and report on findings.
 Prepare engineered dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects through Computer Aided Design (CAD).
 Confer with supervisor or senior engineers to identify project parameters, standards, and specifications. Assure overall compliance in work.
 Prepare reports to document project activities and findings.
 Read and review blueprints, maps, and specifications for application to project.
 Review terms of agreements and contracts to gain necessary permits and license Organize, schedule, and lead subordinates to comply with construction standards and safety regulations.
