- Follow up VISA file to facilitate the issuance of visas and update the file
- Manage the employees, training them, monitor and enhance their performance.
- Follow up with an external or internal auditor for provide them documents request
- arrange the exit interviews for any attrition case and recommend solutions if any to reduce resignations of good performers for better manpower retention plans, check and report any grievance cases as per the policy.
- Create performance profiles at platform and following with concerned managers till finalizing the evaluation to prepare the required reports for review and decision.
- Prepare any new job title job description and update existing job titles when needed.
- Circulate the Memo email to concerned department and update the follow up file on regular basis.
- Circulate the Increase salary and appreciation award and Special Achievement Award & Best Employees by email as per HR Manager instructions.
