Duties / Responsibilities:
* Greets Patients.
* Registers new patients accordingly to established office protocols.
* Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentations
* Verify and update patient’s information.
* Inform patients of dental procedures and policies.
* Maintain electronic and hardcopy of documents and fillings.
* Manage and arrange documents for insurance claims / employment visa and licenses et.al.
* Process staffs payroll and WPS.
* Carry out required procedures / approvals from Health Authorities.
* Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets and accounts of incoming an outing.
* Manage Doctors calendar /appointments / meetings for upper managements.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence.

* Prepares invoice for clients for payment collection.
* Responsible of monitoring credit / debit account of clients to avoid overdue account.
* Monitors bank balances to restrain conflicts on each bank account.
* Coordinates with various account departments in reconciling standing amounts due.
* Monitor and updates clients account through electronic system.
* Coordinates with various bank representatives in processing company loan application processes.
* Coordinates with auditors for quarterly management audits and yearly financial audits.
* Prepares documents for quarterly management audits and yearly financial audits.
* Reports directly to CEO and President.

Ensures that Human Resources files and records are well-maintained in accordance with legal
requirements and company policies / procedures.
* Oversee the Human Resource database which includes entering newly hired personnel’s
information and recording of sickness / and or leaves.
* Assist in preparing disciplinary and grievance hearing as necessary.
* Establish and maintains effective communication, coordination, and working relations with the
company’s staff and management.
* Keep Management appropriately informed or area activities and of any significant problems.
* Generates monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on termination, transfers and new hires.
* Fulfilment of other duties as required.
PAYROLL OFFICER:
* Responsible for timely performance of payroll functions.
* Compute and record payroll data as per schedule.
* Manage payroll calculation, compulsory insurances and other payroll related reports.
* Ensure that manual and computerized payroll records are accurately maintained and updated
regularly in line with date protection.
* Prepares correspondence, reports and material for publications and presentations.
* Provides administrative support, including filing, sending documents, and emailing.
* Maintain electronic and hard copy of the documents.
* Creates, transcribes, and distributes meeting agendas and minutes.
* Signs up for UPS?FEDEX/ AIRBORNE packages.
* Attends to President and CEO personal tasks, flight bookings and hotel accommodations, and
calendars.
* Front Desk Coordinator and Information Clerk.
* Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Responsible for the incoming and outgoing calls, emails and faxes and respond to them within a
period of time as directed.
