* Participate in the formulation of the company’s administrative policies
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to all Managers
* Manage communication in office through notices, circulars and memos
* Supervise administrative staff
* Organize staff welfare activities
* Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Managing Director
* Maintain and update all personnel records
* Administer recruitment, career development and termination activities for all
Departments
* Provide HR and payroll support and advice to employees and line managers
* Handle maternity, paternity and parental leave processes and queries
* Scanning/electronic filing of relevant documents
* Provide data for and prepare management information reports as and when
required
* Checking and inputting data for payroll from a variety of spreadsheets
(timesheets, overtime, holiday pay
* Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personal activities such as
staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and
classifications.
* Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly
earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on
performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
* Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or
eligibility of applicants.
* Assist in compensation and benefits, payroll and employee discipline
* Assist with the new employee orientation process.
* Provide evaluation support.
* Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
* Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
* Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
* Handle information requests.
* Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
* Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
• Responsible to enter and maintain various data required for the company in word, excel and power point formats from time to time.
• Type correspondence, reports and other documents
• Storing correct information in the desired database locations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being dealt with
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology with regards to the areas of the customer’s hardware and software environment.
• Assist in trouble shooting, hardware fixing, software operating fixing and network related problems.
• Learn how to, and perform deployment of new software upgrades and patches as per customers management instructions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to the customer’s hardware as per the customer’s policy and report all problems and activities to the customer’s management.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
