Monthly financial report monitoring all Km financial process and follow up with departments, prepare the total budget in line with
Kahramaa Team to fulfill the inquiries of the International Monetary Fund regarding 2022
•Accounts payable process the payments for both operation and capital expenditure.

•Prepared a Training manuals and workflow charts for most of the payroll ERP system tasks for new employees.
•Prepare the salaries ad impacts of vacations, marital status, new employees and the change in grade and update system accordingly.
-Achievements in customer Service Department 2015 to 2017
•Negotiate for collection commission with Qatar National Bank (QNB),
•Implement procedure at the customer service accounting Section for all units with consultant (Booz Allen Hamilton).
•Shared in JDE System Audit observation review with Rödl & Partner Middle East.
•Monitoring all Point of sale collection channels monthly with a trend analysis for the same period last year and issued a monthly reports for collections.
•Mapping a new corporate performance report (CPR), providing an easy way for higher management like (Balance Score Cards, Key Performance Indicators and SWOT analysis) with (E&Y).
•Bank Reconciliation for the collection and commission.

•Review and update the assets record and follow up with assets depreciations.

- Achievements in Budget both (Operation and Capital expenditure) 2008-2011
•Budget tracking for all Kahramaa departments (Ministry of finance report, Monthly operation reports and Capital expenditure reports).
The main task was Two Feasibility studies (QIB & Al-Jazeera Finance)
• QIB - Qatar Islamic Bank to upgrade the Fleet of trucks transporting Lime stones (Gabbro).
• Al-Jazeera Financing for financing the cargo overseas Ships to Purchase the Gabbro.
Managed and motivated a large group of employees, Created and maintained an efficient communication system, Preparing Tax Statements, transfer the company into paperless by replacing all the paper register with PC ERP.
