OXFAM Office - Haradh
Job Description: Data collector.
Work Period: 12/03/2013 - 25/03/2013.
Major Duties:
I worked in final survey of the emergency of dietary security and general health for people in the directorates of Haradh and Abs of the Governorate of Hajjah.
Data collection to see how the situation improved after the implementation of the project in the directorate of Abs.
Data collection for families in directorate Abs which include: -
- General information about the family.
- Safe food consumption.
- Measure the state of hunger when the family.
- Measuring dietary diversity when the family.
- Water sources as well as quality.
- Method of disposal of sewage and solid waste.
- Health education.
OXFAM Office - Haradh

Work Period: 08/10/2012 - 20/10/2012.
Major Duties:
I worked in baseline surveys of the emergency of dietary security and general health for people in the directorates of Haradh and Abs of the governorate of Hajjah.
Data collection for families in directorate Abs which include: -
- General information about the family.
- Safe food consumption.
- Measure the state of hunger when the family.
- Measuring dietary diversity when the family.
- Water sources as well as quality.
- Method of disposal of sewage and solid waste.
- Health education.
Prepare the reports required for the survey process.
Receive survey forms from the team and handed over to the competent authority in the office of Oxfam with the reports.
The Operational Unit of the Department of Camps for displaced people - Haradh
Job Description: Camps Specialist / Data Entry.
Work Period: 30/12/2009 - 24/03/2012.
Major Duties:
Monitor IDPs movements especially who live in the camps.
Follow up the registration process in camps in terms of registering newborns, marriage and death cases and then update the database.
Monitor the situation inside the camps and record the problems and needs and hence report them to the head of operational unit.
Conduct visits to camps to meet the managements, blocks representatives and IDPs to discuss the different issues related to IDPs welfare and needs.
Prepare the monthly food distribution lists and tokens for all camps and send them to WFP office.
Prepare weekly and monthly statistics about population of IDPs in the camps and returnees.
Participate in joint assessment missions that conduct by the Operational Unit partners such UNHCR and WFP to IDPs areas in districts of Hajjah to asses IDPs living situation and their needs.
I made protection system for data base in information center, That done on it currently..
