JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•• Overall responsibility for project activities.
•• Plan and control survey, installation, testing, commissioning, material and equipment logistics.
•• General control over engineering activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other information with customers; approval of equipment layout and network configuration data.
•• Understanding of Project process flow and resource requirements.
•• Coordinate with different departments involved in the project for timely completion of projects.
•• Supervision and control of sub-contractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract.
•• Plan resources and budget, provide solutions to customer implementation requirements, and undertake procurement management when necessary.
•• Close Liaison with logistic, procurement, sourcing, finance, and admin.
•• Generate statistical reports. Monitor/improve data management /analysis for improvement in existing system and procedures.
•• Create new techniques; provide solution /innovative ideas to improve productivity and quality.
•• Inspect the product and fixtures as per drawing’ material inspection at receiving stage. Carry out Suppliers evaluation / education.
•• Perform root cause analysis and carry out corrective and preventive measures to reduce product cost and improve flow of product.
•• Execute /arrange customer inspection and dispatches of finished goods
•• Working with development department in new projects.
•• Planning & preparation for monthly installation & com. plans implementation.
•• Planning & implementation of safety & health conditions.
•• Planning & preparation for daily operations.
•• Maintaining & improving quality of medium and range perspective.
•• Management of work progress, including.
•a) Confirmation of work progress.
•b) Identification & countermeasures for delay.
•c) Plan for back-up work.
•d) Communicate & give instruction to the team members.
•e) Prepare PM/CM schedule and reports.
•• Performance evaluation.
•• Evaluation & improvements performance & product quality assurance.
•• Cost comparison & improvement plans for future cost reduction including selection &consumption of direct & indirect materials.
•• Checking and reporting equipment maintenance & inspection condition.
•• Counseling, guidance and training plans.
•• Plans & support kaizen circles 7 creative suggestion activities.
•• Support activities to engineering related matters.
