Working in 200 MT/day capacity - PVC - Resin manufacturing unit (Micro suspension type - resins of various grades of demand) as a shift in charge, I extend my support to monomer unit in taking care of the overall production process.

• Extended technical support to production team in manufacturing inorganic pigments namely Ultramarine blue & mixed
metal Oxide pigments (PB29, PY184, PY119, PBL28, PB24)
• Reviewing and maintaining regular production planning with the help of ERP portal.
• Material and energy balance development and framing SOP following the SOG to support production team.
• Regulates and monitors overall plant efficiency on periodic intervals so as to find the production limiters and eliminate them.
• Taking care of process influent treatment RO plant (Plate tube RO plants) and ETP plant (Multiple evaporator - Vertical
thin film drier)
• Rendered process support to the Brown field project (Sapphire -2) - Equipment capacity & design, Piping and
instrumentation layout - finalization.
• Holds good amount of knowledge regarding Sulphonation plant, MCT oil synthesis plant, Scrubber operations, Calcination
under desired conditions, filtration, settling and drying equipments.
• Involved in ISO 9000, 14000 and 45000 acquisition activities from process side to extend my support in meeting all the
requirements of the standards.

• Began my tenure as a process engineer in a Green field project (Phase 1 & 2) desired in developing a Mixed Metal Oxide
inorganic pigment (CICPs) plant.
• Extended my support to the project team in developing P&ID and overall process plan in the pre-feed and feed stage of the
project.
• Later on involved in erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of plants desired to process pigments
namely PY-184, PY-119, PB-24 and PBL-28.
• After commissioning got concluded, I was enrolled in process production stabilization.
