Implement industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency using INFOR M3/EAM and its surrounding suite of components.
- Responsible for all maintenance planning activities including static & rotating mechanical, electrical, instrument, automation & HVAC departments.

- Work closely with method engineering & Store team to ensure availability and suitability of spares to support the maintenance plan.
- Update all MWI (Maintenance Work Instructions) whit all concerned parties.
- Review and update maintenance PMs as required.
- Assist in the development, measurement and reporting of maintenance specific KPIs, machine performance analysis and failure root cause analysis.
- Updating the CMMS failure database to match the ISO-14224.
- Head office reporting weekly, monthly, yearly & whenever required.
- Creating & updating the maintenance archive.
- Control the spare parts movement to the maintenance personnel.
- Manage the maintenance related permits to work, to control the Planned & Un-planned activities.
- Coach and training the Maintenance Teams on the use of CMMS
- CMMS Database administrator & IT assistance:
Solving Problems for database corruption.
CMMS database verification, and fill all required and missing information.
Adding, modifying users profiles in CMMS according to user level and authority.
- Creation of Archiving system to keep Work Order hard copy signed by executer.
- Updating & following up the request for modifications list.
- Creating and following the shutdown planning list with the required assets. And following the progress of shutdown preparation plan.
Implement the CMMS at the clients’ sites defining all the assets with comprehensive technical details & the criticalities for main assets which may affect the HSE or the production, and then build the maintenance plan to prevent the assets from failure and assist in calculating the KPIs to maximize the reliability, availability and utilization of all the assets to increase the return of investment for the clients. and to ensure that all resources are well attached for each activity to facilitate the maintenance execution tasks.
December 08- Now, reimplement the current CMMS, AMOS®, at ENI Oil & Gas Company, Libya, extracting the functions tags, technical details & other useful data from the P&IDs, building the hierarchy functions list including mechanical, electrical & instrument components, defining th criticality of each tag number, assign each task to its specific components, finally build the master plan against the available manpower, materials, spare parts & tools, taking in consideration minimizing components shutdown.

Achievements as Maintenance Planning Engineer:
June-July 08, Work as a Maintenance planning engineer for SAPESCO to support the maintenance stuff applying the CMMS, preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance, to achieve maximum reliability and availability of the assets & help the managers to creat the required reports using report creator tools, MS-Access & Crystal Reports to control the maintenance activities.

April 09-Now, developing the new Global Maintenance Solutions Software to release the first web-based version by comparing the world most used systems like SAP, MAXIMO & Oracle eAM, and studying how to integerate with MS-Project to help planner in shut down activities in addition to search the most cost effective key performance indicators, KPIs, to be added to the maintenance and asset management modules.

Finally build the master maintenance plan & scheduling against the available manpower, spare parts & tools, taking in consideration minimizing skids & assets shutdown duration.
