Role & Responsibilities:
o Independently managing Tender / RFQ for: projects (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical
MOC, & Plants Shutdown)
o Review tender/enquiry documents
o Ensure the Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in
accordance with good estimating practice.
o Coordinated with procurement department for getting quotations as per AVL &
Vendor Development for new product.
o Proactively work with the Procurement team to ensure Vendors RFQ Technical
and Commercial Bid Evaluations are completed in a timely manner
o Assist Proposals/Estimation Manager in the identification, evaluation and ranking
of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to
Company.
o Organize bid initiation & review meeting. Ensure that clarifications are raised well
in time to get better clarity on bid submission
o Reviews the bid tabulation from Procurement for materials purchase to assess the
technical/commercial merit of the recommended bids.
o Prepares estimates of all costings related to activities. Refers to estimation for the
determination of Manpower and Equipment requirements
o Prepares tender resume (cost summary) for consideration by manager. Maintain
accurate records and files of all the proposal data. Liaise with all tender team
members to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

o Ensure the conformity of work with applicable standards Handle and Lead the entire Construction Completion Matrix for the entire
project.
o Coordinate & Attend Meetings with the Client and deliver the Construction, Inspection, and work Progress Status.
o Coordination with other disciplines like Piping, Mechanical & Civil for the smooth flow of construction activities.
o I participated to ensure the suitability of selected instrumentation with process requirement and their adaptability with each other, and did
so as a part of a team where we consult PIDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), process datasheet, client requirements, applicable
standards, and so on
