Responsible for ordering of all materials requested by platform personnel authorized to place such orders
Responsible for the unloading of containers arriving on the platform and checking materials against manifest. Distribute materials to appropriate store
Maintain and operate stock control system. Ensure re-order of consumables on minimum levels
Arrange back loading of materials, drill pipe, equipment for repair etc., as required. Complete inward manifest and material transfer forms. Ensure container or basket is loaded correctly to avoid damage in transit or injury when unloading
Liaise with the Human Resources Department for replacements in the event of crew shortages
Allocate beds to Group drilling personnel (including third party) on board and maintain records of same
Record all hours worked by each crew member. Fill out on a daily basis Drilling Report, POB Sheet and any other time sheets as required including overtime sheets
Control the issuing of protective/safety clothing to employees. Ensure the stock levels are satisfied and that a record is kept of each employee issue
Keep lifting gear register up-to-date and maintain file of current certificates
Stand-in for alternative work discipline as required
Complete any other reasonable tasks as delegated by OIM
Attend all meetings and additional training, as may be required
Perform administrative duties as requested by Rig Manager (minute meetings etc.)
Liaise with the Human Resourced Department and BP Crew Transfer Team, Silk Way Helicopter Services (SWHS) for Crew Changes
Liaise with Training Department and arrange trainings for expat and local personnel
Liaising with the Transport Department, if required to provide travellers with transport
Liaising with the HR Department to provide Expats passports and police cards from offshore further to renewal
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of communications equipment, monitoring radio traffic with supply ships, aircraft and updating their positions
In charge of all helicopter administration operations, including being CAA qualified in Offshore Aviation Radio procedures and Aviation Meterological Observing
Principal role in the monitoring of the rigs fire and gas detection safety systems, including associated emergency response
Network Administrator for rigs computer and information structure, including Vantage POB
Key Administrator for HSE daily reports, including work permits & risk assessments
Vital role in Emergency Control Room during emergencies
Monitor and log positions of vessels and helicopters trafficking the rig, and maintain contact with storage tanker and standby boat
GOC certified in the operation of GMDSS distress and safety radio systems.
Maintain administration of all personnel on board in line with Company procedures;
Assure efficient co-ordination of personnel tracking system and administration of personnel matters on board;
Prepare and co-ordinates crew changes as instructed by the OCM for Project & technical crew;
Monitor and organize the arrival and departure of all Project personnel and arrange transport of all departing personnel to final destination;
Ensure all new arrivals are in possession of a valid medical certificates and valid safety training certificates as per Company training matrix - informs Master of any deficiencies;
Retain passports and seaman books of all personnel unless instructed by the OCM/Master that they are kept by the Marine department on board;
Maintain personnel data and retain copies of medical certificate and safety training certificates;
Allocate cabins for all personnel and maintain records for Muster Lists;
Maintain and update Project Crew List/ POB (personnel on board);
Receive and process time sheets of all Subcontractors;
Assist project personnel to document and maintain their individual competence Portfolio’s and Logbooks;
Maintain and keep in good order the training certificates of the project team;
Liaise with the Vessel HSE to identify training gaps and potential dates for re-assessments;
Ensure all certificates issued to vessel personnel under the CA&A scheme are kept in such a way that authenticity or confirmation of issue of a certificate can be verified at a later stage if necessary;
Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety,
Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
