● Build strong relationships by providing the best service and
experience to VIP clients.
● Monitor customer behaviors and provide bonuses, gifts and
hospitality invitations in conformity with business requirements
and procedures.
● Handle customer queries and complaints, including out of hours
when necessary, to provide the best service to VIP clients.
● Reactivate dormant accounts.
● Suggest, develop and/or build new strategies to bring in new
customers.
● Manage inbound/outbound contracts with customers through
Mobile phone.
● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a
product or service using scripts.
● Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close
sales.
● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future
sales and up selling and cross selling.
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
● Assist the Store Manager on daily operations efficiently and
effectively for brand image.
● Achieve store performance on sales, stock management and
cost control.
● Communicate with internal and external parties on store
operations issues, customer excellence, operational efficiency
and productivity.
● Recruit, train, supervise and appraise, schedule the staff.
● Deal with customer queries and complaints.
● Oversee pricing and stock control.
