• Conduct environmental awareness trainings, induction, environmental drills and TBT’s.
• Perform regular site Environmental Inspections & relevant Reporting.
• Coordinate with the site team in resolving all the Environmental Issues, during the construction and operation phases.
• Assess Project environmental protection compliance and report findings to HSE Manager.
• Conduct regular audits of Contractor and Subcontractors.
• Identification, assessment, monitoring and management of air emissions, water and wastewater collection, treatment and disposal, energy consumption.
• Mitigate environmental concerns such as contaminated soil or ground and surface water; and archeological findings or impacts to cultural resources.
Western Route Export Pipeline - Sectional Replacement Project (WREP SRP)
• Monitoring and implementation of Waste Management, Pollution Prevention and Community Liaison Procedures.
• Daily liaison with Construction and Engineering teams regarding progress of pipeline replacement activities and both direct and indirect impact from these activities to environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and internal audit.
• Provide interface with communities, municipalities, local government entities and other local/executive authorities.
• Conduct H&S meetings for local communities.
• Resolve minor and low-level grievances and participate in the resolution of moderate level grievances as required.
