Worked as a machinist and performed inspection activities under API 6A & 16A of Blowout preventer's and well head Christmas tree equipment.
Carrying out the inspection on all wellhead assemblies, Christmas trees, hangers, in conjunction with API procedures.
Inspection, Verification and Validation (Hydro Test) of HYDRIL Annular Type & RAM type Blowout Preventers.
Log and Calibrate all shop callipers, micrometers, and all other precision instrumentation. (Surface plates, Height Gages, etc...).
Carrying out Non-Destructive Techniques (Magnetic particle testing & Penetrant testing), Verification of Radiographic test and Ultrasonic test Documents and Reports.

Produce dies and tools in accordance to customers’ specification.
• Troubleshoot dies to analyze problems and failures.• Work with vendors and/or contractors, displaying company values of honesty and integrity.
• Work with all shifts in design and development of improving methods and equipment through KAIZEN (Continual Improvement) and lean manufacturing principles
