Handling security system project management and post contract AMCs.Technical supervision of the installation, operation and maintenance of security and PABX systems.Conducts site survey and design security systems as per local police and customer’s requirements.Managing and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for the project and maintenance related works and provides support by liaising with other departments.Effective management of security systems operations and developing quality assurance plans.Manage all the security costs through financial analysis and contractors/ vendors negotiations. Investigates and prepares reports for management on security and safety issues, implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence in future. Schedule team meetings as needed to delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Handles the police Inspection and making the appropriate variations as per DPS reports.
Design, installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV systems (Asis Technologies, American Dynamics and Pelco) as per police regulations and customer requirements.
Design, installation and maintenance of access control (Asis Technologies, C-Cure 9000 and Lenel) and PABX systems (Philips Sopho, NEC and Samsung office serve systems).
Remote and on site diagnosis of PABX systems.
Software and hardware up gradation CCTV, access control and PABX systems.Structure cabling and networking.
Involved in the installation, integration and commissioning of Nokia Siemens BTS & NEC Microwave. Installation and termination of communication cards for the BTS. Installation and commissioning of Microwave Link Indoor Equipment (IDU). Performs sweep testing (VSWR, Fault Location) using Bird site master and alarms rectifications. Call testing, device monitoring, BTS trouble-shooting and conducting site survey. Commissioning of the BTS as per NOC configuration, locking and unlocking of site from BSC.Performing acceptance test, reporting daily status and progression to project lead.

Tyco security certified IP CCTV systems and C-Cure9000 access control Engineer.
Legrand certified structured cabling and home automation Engineer.
B.Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering from Calicut University.
