• Product metal detection.
• Receiving and distributing orders to all corporate partners such as Starbucks, Caribou and Second Cup.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, temperature, encoding and distributing all invoices to all designated drivers.
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirement, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.

• Process incoming orders within allocated dispatch times.
• Respond to & follow up any customer enquiries, in timely manner.
• Contact customers for order updates or issues.
• Maintain information on company database and track orders from dispatch delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, staff and colleagues.

• Assisting customers with special needs or requests, meal and drink service.
• Monthly inventory for all products such as dry and frozen goods.

• Answering phone calls and e-mail from various customers.
• Scheduling daily services for each employee/technicians.
• Storing and filling complete information and documents.
• Type documents, reports and correspondence and monitor and maintain office supplies.
• Handling and collecting cash remittance from the employee/technicians after service.

• Ensuring all of the products are in good condition by checking the quantity, expiration date.(FIFO) first-in first-out.
• Receiving and arranging all incoming stocks from the suppliers.
• Filling all invoices for the manager’s references and monthly inventory.
• Preparing different kinds of Japanese dishes such as entrees and drinks.
