The proper Spare parts ordering and saving the proper working time. Preventive and corrective maintenance task achievements (sight visiting and correct materials assignments to the technicians). All type of theme park maintenance in Facilities, MEP, FACP, Kitchen Equipment’s FF, Civil, CCTV and Air-conditioning system. All Type of kitchen Equipment Installations.AC and DC Machines repairing Awareness. Battery’s, Hydraulics’ and CBS all type maintenance. All type of annual Maintenance contract reviewing and tracking. Keeping the proper tools and consumables. Ordering the proper spare parts with parts Numbers. Proper saving the company Annual Budgets. Monthly meeting schedule with team members and contractors. Work tasks achievements and motivation for the Team leaders and technicians.
