Handled the completion of Amber Clinic, an AED. 25m project in Dubai which had 18 Doctors of most specialties and super specialties with state-of-art facility launched in September 2011. Complete turnkey project management for 4 new diagnostic centers and several expansion projects for the Diagnostic Group. Managed the relocation of 2 Medical laboratories of the group to a newer & spacious location which included shifting of licenses, new equipment & overall designing of the facilities.
