• Maintain good relationships with other Senior Executives, Controllers, Department Heads and Support Staff for the group
• Handling highly confidential files and records, including correspondence budgets, and complex financial reports and staff documentation.
• Prepare presentation as per GCFO instruction
• Organize Executive meeting schedules, logistics and presentation materials
• Routinely take dictation, draft correspondences, memos and sends them to concerned parties.
• Assists Financial Controllers and Managing Directors of other business subsidiaries requesting documents, information related to the company
• Reviews administrative, clerical and staff records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
