-Analyze risks and hazards associated with construction activities.
-Conducting risk assessment on work site.
-Incident investigation reporting.
-Provides induction to new staffs, workforce and visitors.
-Carry out regular and random inspection on the site.
-Enforcing proper usage of PPE's.
-Execute safety plan in coordination with line managers.
-Conducts quarterly safety trainings to regular employees, new hired personnel and apprentices.
-Responsible in making daily, weekly and monthly safety performance reports.
-Establishes safety programs and strict implementing of safety practices.
-Regularly checking and updating PPEs, fire fighting equipments as per company policy
-Regular site visit and carryout regular inspection.
-Periodically inspection of tools and other Safety related equipments & recommendation.
-Ensure the proper use and wearing of PPE.
