• Data acquisition from the users and stakeholders

• Managed project RA 189, the construction and maintenance of Junctions on Main Roads - Sixth Ring Road. This involved overseeing all aspects of the project from design to completion, including electrical engineering, project management, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.

1. Supervision Services for the Implementation of Contract No. هـ ط / 189 - Construction and Maintenance of Junctions on Main Roads - Sixth Ring Road - Leading to new residential areas in Jeleeb Al-Shuyoukh No. (MPW (56) (IC9)
• Led the technical and commercial evaluation of tender documents for electrical projects. This involved studying drawings, following up with suppliers for quotations, evaluating commercial offers, and preparing comparison statements.
• Assigned and monitored junior engineers in the estimation department.
• Closed and followed up on submitted proposals.
