Source, screen resumes/applications, and interview candidates for technical
roles including software engineers, data scientists, and other technical
positions.
Reach out to potential candidates via phone, email, or social media to
introduce them to job opportunities and gauge their interest in specific
positions.
Collaborate with lead recruiters and account managers to develop sourcing
strategies and identify new client opportunities.
Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media,
networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential
candidates.
Manage candidate relationships and keep candidates informed of the status of
their application throughout the recruitment process for client companies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports using applicant
tracking systems (ATS).
Research and stay up-to-date on current market trends, salary data, and
candidate availability to provide competitive insights and recommendations to
client companies.
Conduct research to identify potential client companies and key decisionmakers within those organizations.
Generate new leads through referrals and different BizDev projects.
