I managed the audits of IFRS financial statements of major Russian companies and world-leaders in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities and skills included:
- Managing the audit process of the production subsidiaries of the largest companies within Russian industrial markets such as Norilsk Nickel (annual turnover of 11 bln USD), United Aircraft Company (7.3 bln USD) as well as for the entire audit process of other medium-sized trading companies such as Danfoss LLC (5.5 bln USD);
- Project management which involved calculating the budgeted cost and the revenue for each engagement, agreeing the budgeted costs and engagement hours with the client, planning staff resources, distributing tasks and areas of responsibility, liaising with clients to arrange inventory counts, interim and year-end audit processes, contracting, invoicing and following up revenue collection;
- During the audit process, taking on more complicated areas in terms of audit and IFRS in-terpretation and monitoring and supervising the progress of all team members;
- Being responsible for 20 and more staff, monitoring, supervising, coaching and maintaining high morale;
- Liaison with clients at different levels such as chief accountant, head of department, chief fi-nancial officer. During all engagements I maintained a professional and efficient working re-lationship with clients.
- Teamwork skills in various teams with diverse people.

Teaching experience:
I regularly led courses of audit methodology, soft skills and IFRS for new hires, ACCA and other internal training.
