Coordinating the joining process for all newly recruited staff i.e on employment visas requirements, travel, residence stamping and all other regulatory requirements. Coordinating with the Recruitment and Administration departments to ensure the process run efficiently.
Ensuring that Cabin Crew's salaries and benefits administered are within the approved grade band structures and the policies of the airline. Maintaining and updating HR records so as to ensure completeness, validity and accessibility of recorded information.
Managing the induction process for all the newly recruited employees. Advise employees on their benefits, entitlements, company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement the cabin crew department's administration policies and procedures and coordinate with Standard and Procedure department for flyers and monthly memo's to be issued to the Cabin Crew.
Responsible for the physical and emotional well-being of the company, interacting with all levels of employees within the Cabin Services department (Medical, Immigration, Recruitment, Training, Performance departments, etc.).
Ensure that the entire customer's service is delivered and meet guest satisfaction.
Appointment administration and time coordination.
Make sure that all the legal paper works are delivered on time and everything is up to the standard.
Meeting high level people from Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, ensure the well-being of all the employees and that all the safety measures are taken.
Translating documents from different languages and contracting with the new customers.
