• Built of logistic chain for goods import (negotiations with forwarders, offers' comparing, participation in all internal discussions with purchasing, finances to meet the contracts with forwarders and logistic flow in compliance with Novartis procedures);
•Preparation of data base for customs with information about products, codes, pricing, certification;
•Communication with IT group to implement needed information (goods description, pricing) in SAP system;
•Order processing from the moment of placing in the system (Easy, SAP) till the final receipt by the customer;
•Processing of CD (customs declaration) in SAP and issuing of local documents (delivery notes, invoices) with further delivery of shipping documents to the warehouse. Arranging with the customers pick up from the warehouse.
•Certification of products and private labelling.
•Forecast (orders check to be in compliance with forecast for a current month and submission of planned purchasing volumes for forthcoming months to planners in Switzerland); in case of extra volumes or quantities needed for marketing campaigns not planned in the forecasted month - checking the possibility of support with planners by the needed time.
