Translation of languages (Spanish, Italian and French) for handling agents to overcome communication barriers
Assuring smooth Dressing (fueling, cleaning, catering) of the aircraft before the crew reaches their positions
Striving to keep the goal of On-Time departure of each flight.

Verifying paper work of incoming hotel guest
Inspecting and verifying conditions of VIP rooms and lounges
Maintaining good knowledge of room budget
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
Awareness of all activities / events operating within the hotel in order to promote the product and maximize sales
Dealing with guest complaints promptly, efficiently, and professionally
Building good relations with group’s team leaders and travel agents to promote Sheraton, Starwood properties and outlets
Checking in/checking out the guest according to hotel standards
Handling cash, foreign currency, accept credit cards, paid out and rebates
Answering telephones, route calls, take messages and provide general information
