To carry out scanning activities in the assigned store and participate in related functions as directed by the Store Manager.
Ensuring the submission of all report to the concerned person on time.
Controlling and monitoring all the system task and provide support when needed, checking all machines to ensure they are working properly, inspecting and check for missing Price Tags, Signage, etc. in the store.
Received the deliveries in the system when delivered and conducting periodical and quarterly inventory control.
AND RESPOSIBLITIES
Greeting and answering customer question and applying relevant customer service programmers introduced by the company.
To process payment of customer purchases in the POS (Point of Sale) Computing and recording total of transactions and counting money in cash drawer at the beginning of the shift to ensure that amount are correct.
Receiving payment by cash, check cards, voucher, or automatic debits, listening and resolving customer complaints.
Preparing cash up form at the end of duty hours.

AND RESPOSIBLITIES
Performs clerical task such as typing/encoding in the computer.
Send and receives materials on the Chinese language classes offered by the Confucius Institute either by fax or email and answers inquiries regarding the classes.
Prepares the materials needed for the classes. Coordinates with and reports to the Director of the Institute and performs other functions as may be assigned.
CRITICAL CHALLENGES
Achieving sales target and acceptable shrinkage level.
Product knowledge of Supermarket products being sold.
Handling direct customer complaints / concerns in the selling area.
Stock movement monitoring and replenishment.
