1- Employment application intake.
2- Prepares contracts of employment and authorizations to payroll.
3- Complet statistcs required by the Labor Office, Insurance Office, and Health Office.
4- Responsible for the social and health insurance procedures.

6- Establishes various reports and documents to provide current personnel iformation, such as Hiring and Termianation report, Sick Leave report, Summer trainees report.

11- Responsible for the Iso file (14001-2004) and finish data.
Enter all the data relating to staff on the computer and provide information and reports on the staff and archive and save that data and do all the archives relating to bills of exchange business and accounting entry in the computerized system.
1- Responsible for all necessary procedures concerning new employment : uniform issue record, name tag issue record, first medical examination, etc.
2- Responsible for personnel files maintenance and all employee filing on a daily basis.
3- Handles reservation for staff transportation.
Checks accounting records for accuracy, and on daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the comapan's financial records as per established policies and procedures.
