Skills and Abilities

Elementary Supervisor:
•Encourage high standards in all aspects of school life.
•Have a particular concern for the welfare and progress of all students in every class
•Ensure that all members of the Stage are aware of school policies and guidelines on matters such as homework, assessment, production and use of materials, educational visits
•Support the work of, and report to, the Head of the department.
•Ensure that school policies and procedures are carried out at all times.
•Introduce presentations with new and modified approaches to teachers, conduct meetings and various responsibilities as appropriate.




Class Teacher:
•Classroom Management.
•Ensure safety and wellbeing.
•Provide quality teaching and guarantee that expectations for individuals are met.
•Sustain creative Teaching Aids and hands-on activities.
•Use Technology as an instructional aid.
•Establish a good relationship with parents and involve them effectively in the learning process.
•Mentor students of education early childhood year from University of Zayed through their teaching practicum




Team Leader:
•Studied and Adapted an American Curriculum program to meet the UAE culture and national agenda; by adding new themes such as Books (year of reading 2016), Morals (year of giving 2017) and critical thinking topics.
•Design effective Lesson Plans to include subjects’ integration.
•Motivate and Coach teachers to meet the required standards.
•Expand differentiation based learning for the KG1 section.
•Design tracking sheets and report cards to monitor the children’s development.
•Design worksheets to show differentiated learning and proof the children’s progression level.
•Conducted a workshop to represent the aim of Creativity and Critical Thinking and how to implement them in the early years settings.
