- Budgeting & cost control for better use of the company's funds.
- Resolve work problems and recommend solutions.

- Ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the project
specifications and drawings achieving the desired quality.
- Ensure site set up in accordance with Health & Safety
requirements.
- Meet agreed deadlines for delivery of project programme.
- Ensure works completed to meet building stakeholder.
- Take full responsibility for co-ordination, delegation, supervision &
quality control of onsite works.
- Managing a team of 10 foreman workers.
- Preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Solving site problems.
